Requirements

Management and treat geriatric advantage care patients
Schedule is Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm.
13-17 Adult Patients per day
Communicate with other primary care providers and staff.
Advise patients concerning diet, hygiene, and methods for prevention of disease
