The position requires comprehensive coverage across inpatient units, operating rooms, and emergency departments with day shift, night shift, and call responsibilities. Call coverage including nights and weekends is mandatory with a 1:6 call schedule. The clinician will maintain continuous availability for urgent cardiothoracic surgical cases and emergency procedures while working collaboratively with the surgical team and nursing staff.
