Outpatient mental health therapist in Massachusetts

Job description

The Opportunity:
We are looking for a dedicated Master's level clinician to provide high-quality, evidence-based mental health services to a diverse caseload, helping clients achieve wellness and resilience.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
Provide individual, family, and potentially group therapy sessions.
Utilize evidence-based practices (e.g., CBT, DBT, Trauma-Focused Therapies).
Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Maintain accurate, confidential electronic health records (EHR).
Collaborate with psychiatrists, primary care providers, and other community partners.
Provide crisis intervention and support when necessary.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage & Family Therapy.
Current or eligible, unrestricted state licensure (LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, Psychologist).
Experience with children, adolescents, and/or adults in outpatient settings.
Strong clinical skills in diagnosis and treatment planning.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and critical thinking skills.
