Practice & Schedule Highlights
- Daytime schedule
- Balanced workweek:
- ~3 days in clinic (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
- ~2 days in the operating room
- Clinic volume: 20–30 patients per day
- Call model designed for lifestyle:
Physicians take backup call only
APPs handle primary call
Weekends: Minimal and as needed
What You’ll Do
As an Otolaryngologist, you will:
- Deliver full-scope ENT care across outpatient and surgical settings
- Serve a large, well-established referral network with limited competition
- Perform surgeries in both hospital-based and ambulatory surgery centers
- Work alongside an onsite audiology team and a wide range of medical and surgical subspecialists (Allergy, Endocrinology, Neurosurgery, and more)
- Practice within a team-based care model supported by APPs and hospitalists for inpatient coverage
- Help shape the practice with input into scheduling, patient volumes, and workflows

- Optionally teach and mentor medical students and advanced practice trainees
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $515,000 – $800,000 annually
- Productivity: wRVU-based bonus with additional incentive opportunities
- Compensation continues beyond the initial contract term

Eligibility & Requirements
. Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology
. Board Eligible candidates must be within 5 years of eligibility and planning to test
. Unrestricted Ohio medical license (or willingness to obtain)
. DEA registration prior to start date
. Completion of ENT residency/fellowship within the last five years (if Board Eligible)
. Clean malpractice and license history
. Most recent NPDB Self-Query Report (within 30 days)
- Shift(s) Description: Typically 3 days in clinic (approx. 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) and 2 days in OR per week
- Base salary range: $515,000 to $800,000 annually
