Job description

• Schedule: M–F, 8a–5p
• Status: Full-time
• Setting: Outpatient clinic (FQHC)

Role:
Provide primary care services including health promotion, disease prevention, diagnosis, treatment, referrals, and patient education. Work collaboratively with physicians and the care team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.

Requirements:
• NP or PA certification (MSN preferred for NP)
• BLS & ACLS
• Strong communication & documentation skills
• Able to travel between clinic sites as needed

• Willing to license
