Job description

I have a full-time outpatient FNP opportunity in Fort Wayne, IN starting in March that I wanted to put on your radar.

Quick highlights:

Outpatient primary care | all ages

2.5 patients/hour

No late nights

Schedule: M/W 8–7 | T/Th/F 8–5

EMR: eClinicalWorks

30–45 day credentialing

Hotel + mileage covered

Requirements: BC FNP, active DEA/CPR/CSR.

• 5 days a week- 2 locations within 1 mile of each other
• Must see all ages
• 2.5 patients per hour!
