Job description

Aya Locums is seeking a Family Practice NP/PA for a full-time assignment in Northern Maine, providing comprehensive primary care services in a clinic-based FQHC setting.

Assignment Details
• Start Date: ASAP
• Coverage Type: Full-time
• Schedule: Monday–Friday
• Hours: 8:00a–5:00p

Work Details
• Role Description: Provide quality healthcare and emergency treatment to clinic patients
• Scope of Care: Health promotion, disease and disability prevention, and identification and management of health problems

Practice Setting
• Outpatient clinic
• FQHC

Requirements
• Education: Graduation from an NLN-accredited Nurse Practitioner program (MSN preferred)
• Certification: Certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners
• Licensure: Active NP/PA license
• Certifications: BLS and ACLS required
• Background: Clean criminal and DHHS background required
• Travel: Ability to travel between clinic locations as needed
