Job Description – Family Medicine Clinic Physician
We are seeking a full-time Family Medicine Physician to join our outpatient primary care team in South Bend, Washington.
This is a clinic-only position offering a predictable schedule and excellent work–life balance in a supportive, community-focused environment.

Position Details
Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Setting: Outpatient clinic only
Schedule: 4 × 10-hour weekday shifts
On Call: None
Weekends: None
Start Date: ASAP

Clinical Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services to patients of all ages
Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions within the scope of Family Medicine
Perform routine exams, preventive care, and health screenings
Prescribe medications and treatment plans in accordance with clinic policies and state/federal regulations
Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
Collaborate effectively with clinic staff and other healthcare providers
Uphold professional standards, confidentiality, and ethical medical practice
Participate in quality improvement and patient care initiatives as applicable

Facility & Practice Setting:
Hospital Duties: None (no inpatient or hospital coverage required)

Requirements
Board Certification / Board Eligibility: Family Medicine
State License: Washington (active or eligible)
Experience: New graduates welcome (less than 1 year acceptable)

• No call, no weekends – predictable weekday schedule
