Location: Madison, WV

Position Details:
Setting: Outpatient / Walk-In Clinic
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00a–4:00p
Call: Shared with other physicians

Patient Care Mix:
95% direct patient care
5% phone consults
Lab: Onsite

Requirements:
Board Certified Family Practice or Internal Medicine
Minimum of 3 years experience required
Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, ATLS
EMR: CPSI
