Sumo Medical Staffing is recruiting an experienced Primary Care Nurse Practitioner Locum to work near Fennimore, Wisconsin (WI). The team is anticipating the coverage from one more local provider estimated for 3/9/2026 and extendable. The role offers a competitive market rate and Locums benefit.


48983 - Primary Care Nurse Practitioner Locum Role:
· Shifts: 3 days per week (any M-F), 8a-430p.
· Coverage: No weekends, call, holidays. 26 weeks, up to 24 hours per week.
· Census: Correctional Medicine. Will see adults and adolescent male population.
· EMR: Cerner
· Rates: All-inclusive (no additional travel coverage)

Requirements of the Primary Care Nurse Practitioner Locum role:
WI state license; active, unrestricted. Will consider IMLC candidates.
Board Certification/Board Eligibility (must obtain certificate within 5-years post residency).
DEA, BLS.
List specific dates available when presenting
Minimum experience – 1 yr.
