✅ Key Responsibilities
✔️ Provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages
✔️ Conduct physical exams, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans
✔️ Manage preventive care and chronic disease management
✔️ Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of physicians and support staff
✔️ Maintain accurate and compliant medical documentation
✔️ Educate patients on health maintenance, disease prevention, and treatment options

✅ Qualifications
✔️ MD or DO from an accredited medical school
✔️ Active New York State Medical License
✔️ Board Certified or Board Eligible
✔️ Bilingual in Spanish
✔️ Open to new graduates
✔️ Proficiency in primary care, chronic disease management, preventive medicine, and EHR
✔️ Excellent bedside manner, communication, and teamwork skills
