Position Overview:
We are seeking a licensed Pediatrician to join our Primary Care team. This role is responsible for delivering comprehensive medical care to patients from birth through the transition to adulthood, including well-child visits, developmental assessments, acute and chronic disease management, immunizations, and preventive health counseling.

Key Responsibilities:
Examine patients and order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests to determine diagnosis and guide treatment
Prescribe and administer medications, vaccinations, and individualized care plans
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment as needed
Advise patients, parents, and guardians on diet, hygiene, activity, and disease prevention
Coordinate with nurses, specialists, and support staff to deliver integrated care
Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with HIPAA and Florida medical information requirements
Refer patients to specialists when clinically appropriate
Participate in community health programs and contribute to Palm Beach County health initiatives

Minimum Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited school of medicine or osteopathy
Completion of a pediatric internship/residency program
Current, unrestricted Florida medical license (or eligibility)
Demonstrated ability to make sound clinical decisions within scope of practice
Flexible scheduling availability, including evenings, weekends, and occasional travel as needed
Bilingual in English and Spanish or Haitian Creole strongly preferred
