Monday–Friday, 8a–4p
Full-time coverage
On-call preferred but flexible

Clinical Details
Correctional facility setting
Mix of acute care, chronic disease management, and routine physicals
Medication-assisted treatment (MAT) required
Focus on underserved and high-need patient population

Scope of Work
Perform physical exams and diagnose conditions
Manage chronic illnesses and acute complaints
Provide MAT and coordinate care plans
Collaborate with multidisciplinary team for comprehensive patient care

Requirements
Active NP license
Comfort working in correctional medicine setting
Experience with MAT and chronic care strongly preferred
