Primary Care NP or PA – Immediate Coverage with Long-Term Opportunity (Start in 1-2 weeks)

Job description

We are a well-established, physician-owned primary care practice seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide immediate short-term coverage, with the opportunity to transition into a long-term role.

This role is ideal for a provider who is comfortable working independently in a supportive, efficient environment and is interested in growing with a practice over time.

Responsibilities
-Medication management and refills
-Chronic disease management (hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidemia, etc.)
-Annual physicals and preventive care
-Same-day and urgent visits as needed
-Schedule
-Immediate need for coverage (part-time or full-time options available)
-Flexible scheduling based on availability

Current clinic hours:
Monday: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM, 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Thursday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Friday: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
