Job description

FQHC in Chicago is looking for a primary care provider for a locum tenens assignment.

The facility would prefer a local provider but is willing to provide travel and lodging

Spanish speaking is not a requirement, but is a massive plus for any candidate.

Details:

20-24 patients per day
All ages
Sick/wellness visits, chronic care, light acute care- bread and butter PC
Board certified in Family Medicine
Active IL license, DEA, BLS needed
30 day credentialing for a position lasting 3 months with potential extensions!
