Family Medicine Physician Needed in Minnesota

Family Medicine Physician opportunity available in MN
Start Date: As soon as credentialed
Assignment Length: 6 months with possible extension
Schedule: Full time, 4 day work week + rotating weekday and weekend call
Additional Details:
- Typically three days in clinic and one day in the Level IV Emergency Department
- Weekday call approximately 1:4, providing backup coverage to APP overnight care
- Weekend call includes primary hospitalist responsibilities such as admissions and rounding
- Full-spectrum Family Medicine with OB in a supportive, team-based rural setting.

Licensure: Active MN license required (assistance available if needed)
Credentialing Timeline: Approximately 60-90 days
