Opportunity:
Physician - Family Medicine

Job Details:
• Provide comprehensive outpatient adult primary care services for approximately 20 patients per day
• Perform detailed patient assessments including medical histories, psychosocial evaluations, physical examinations, and diagnostic interpretation
• Diagnose and manage acute illnesses, chronic diseases, and preventive healthcare needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment and management plans based on evidence-based clinical guidelines
• Provide both in-person and virtual healthcare services through audio/video and audio-only encounters as needed
• Order, review, and interpret diagnostic tests and screenings
• Counsel and educate patients and families on disease prevention, health maintenance, chronic disease management, and wellness strategies
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams and community resources to ensure coordinated patient-centered care
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation within the EMR system
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and support departmental performance goals
• Stay current with advancements in medicine through continuing education and professional development
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine required
• Completion of ACGME or AMA-approved residency program required
• Active Texas Medical License required
• Experience with outpatient adult medicine/primary care required
• Stable Monday-Friday outpatient schedule with no call or weekend requirements
• Clean malpractice and license history highly preferred
