Seeking BC/BE Primary Care Physicians to join an established and growing outpatient team.

• Adult outpatient primary care only
• Monday–Friday schedule, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Full-time and part-time opportunities available
• Average patient volume of 16–18 patients per day
• EMR: Cerner

• Additional productivity bonuses:
  • $20,000 bonus for averaging 15 patients/day
