Seeking a passionate and driven Family Medicine Physician to join their Primary Care – Hart team. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the health of our community while working in a supportive, mission-driven environment.

Opportunity Details

-Office Hours: Monday, 7:30am to 6pm, Tuesday through Friday, 7:30am to 5pm
-Specialty: Family Medicine Physician
-Team Size: 2 providers, 3 APPs, 2 LMSW, Pharm D, Care manager and 21 support staff
-Teaching Opportunities: Yes – Residents, Medical Students, Fellows
-Call Requirements: On call is shared between the Whitehall, Shelby, Hart & Ludington offices. Physicians rotated a on call week throughout the year (approx. 8 times a year depending on the number of providers in the call pool.)
