# Family Medicine Physician – Full-Time Outpatient Primary Care

* **Patient Volume:** Approximately **18–24 patients per day**
* **Call:** Light, low-frequency **phone-only call** with RN triage
* **Weekend Coverage:** Occasional telemedicine coverage for a few hours on designated weekends every few months
* **EMR:** EPIC
* **Team:** Physician-led care team with APP collaboration
* **Teaching:** Opportunities to teach medical and NP/PA students
* **Additional Opportunities:** Hospital medicine and administrative leadership roles available
* **Board Status:** Board Certified or truly Board Eligible
* **Visa Sponsorship:** Not available
* **Locums:** Not accepted
* **1099:** Not available
* **Base Salary:** **$250,000–$260,000**
* **Starting Bonus:** **Up to $75,000**
* **Retention Bonus:** **$25,000 at the start of Year 2**

## POSITION OVERVIEW

An established and patient-centered outpatient primary care practice is seeking a **full-time Family Medicine Physician** to join a dynamic, physician-led care team.

The physician will provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages while working in a supportive and collaborative environment.

The position offers a balanced schedule, flexible 4- or 5-day work week, strong clinical support, and opportunities for professional growth.

## CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

* MD or DO
* **Board Certified in Family Medicine** or truly Board Eligible
* Board Eligible physicians must be actively working toward Board Certification.
* Active New York medical license or willingness to obtain.
* DEA certification by start date.
* AHA ACLS certification by start date.
* Strong interest in providing primary care to **patients of all age groups**.
* Willingness to work full-time on a 4- or 5-day schedule.
* Most recent NPDB Self Query Report within 30 days at presentation.
* Candidates with **lapsed Board Certification are not accepted**.
* Visa sponsorship is not available.
* Locum/Locums candidates are not accepted.
* 1099 arrangements are not available.

* **Base Salary: $250,000–$260,000 annually**

## CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
