Family Medicine FNP – Rocklin, CA

Full-Time | $154,500–$185,500+ | New Clinic Opening March 2027

Position Highlights

Full-time opportunity

Start: November/December 2026 (As soon as credentialed)
Credentialing: 60-90s - Can expedite credentialing due to NEED!
Monday–Friday schedule
Opening shift (8:00 AM–5:00 PM) or closing shift (9:30 AM–6:30 PM)
Case Types: Bread-and-butter family medicine in an outpatient setting. MUST SEE ALL AGES.
See approximately 16–18 patients per day
eClinicalWorks (eCW) EMR
Support: Must be able to work autonomously. Have dedicated MA support.
Opportunity to help establish a new clinic from the ground up.
Qualifications

Valid CA Nurse Practitioner license with 103NP certification
Board Certified
California license
5 years outpatient experience
