12 CAAs needed for Preceptor program in Tennessee

Job description

This is a unique opportunity for experienced CAAs to be among the first providers selected for a brand-new CAA training program, helping shape the student experience and build the foundation for future cohorts. This position is in the Nashville area!

- 3-4+ years of CAA experience required
- Medical direction model, large high-acuity practice
- 5x8s or 4x10s schedule
- Start ASAP after credentialing (~90 days)
- Must live outside the 60-mile radius of the facilities
- 6-month assignment
- Student Precepting Model
- Providers will work in a 1:1 ratio with students while precepting
- Provide a consistent teaching environment
