Job description

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts — 3 days per month; No Call
• Assignment Length: 3 days per month contract with option to extend
• Cases: General Surgery, Hernias, Eyes, Ears, Sinus, Ortho General, Colonoscopies; no Urology; occasional Neuro-Ortho one Thursday/month
• Patient Volume: ~2800 cases annually
• Practice Model: Independent; comfortable performing nerve blocks
• Licensing: Will license
• Credentialing Timeline: Primary source verifications can be completed in days
• Referral Bonus: $500 for any referral who works 30 days
