CRNA Opportunities – Arizona (White Mountains Region)

🏥 New site launch | April start
📅 3-month commitment preferred (extensions welcome)
🗓 Schedule options: 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off or 5x10s (OT available)
$240 hourly rate + travel & lodging | Overtime premium @ $250 hourly

🩺 Practice model: CRNA-only, solo coverage
🧠 Case mix includes General, Ortho, OB (required), GYN, ENT, Urology, Plastics, Vascular & more
📞 Call rotation with post-call day off
