CRNA Needed in Arizona

A CRNA-only practice in Arizona is seeking a provider for an ongoing assignment.

Position Details:

Start Date: ASAP
Length: Ongoing
Schedule Options:
Full-time preferred will look at 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off available
5x8s Option for 5x10s per week
Call: Available

Practice Setting:

Anesthesia Model: CRNA-Only (Solo Practice)
EMR: Cerner

Case Mix:

General, Ortho, OB/GYN (OB Required)
ENT, Podiatry, Urology, Plastics, Radiology, Vascular

Procedures:

No nerve catheters
Occasional blocks: PECS, Serratus Plane, Erector Spinae, TAP, Cervical Plexus

Requirements:

Active Arizona license or Compact License accepted
Comfortable working independently

Compensation & Benefits:

$240/hr + Travel & Lodging
