CRNA needed in Arizona

Job description

CRNA Needed – 1.5 hr from Phoenix, Arizona

$250/hr + T&L

- ASAP start
- Ongoing need
- Monday–Friday, 7 AM–3:30 PM
- 8-hour shifts
- Call required — approximately 1 week out of every 3
- Supervised / Care Team model
- Approximately 30-day credentialing; temps available
- Active AZ license required
- NBCRNA board certified
- ACLS & PALS required
- No new grads
- Must be comfortable with Peds & OB/GYN

Cases: General Surgery, Ortho, GI, OB/GYN, Cath Lab, Adults & Peds – No Hearts or Neuro
