🚨 LOCUM OPPORTUNITY – FORTUNA, CA 🚨

📍 Fortuna, CA
📅 Start: September/October
📋 Assignment: 13 weeks
👥 2 Providers Needed
🏥 Inpatient Hospital + Call

Schedule:
• Sept. 28–Oct. 2 | 7 AM–3 PM
• Oct. 5–9 | 7 AM–3 PM
• Oct. 12–15 | 7 AM–3 PM
• Oct. 26–29 | 7 AM–3 PM
• Oct. 30–Nov. 1 | 24-hour beeper call

Additional Details:
• 8 guaranteed hours per scheduled day
• OT applies after 8 hours/day
• 24-hour weekend beeper call

Requirements:
• Active license
• DEA required
• Board Certified or truly Board Eligible
• Current CV required for presentation
• Must meet credentialing/privileging requirements
