Job description

• Shift type: 10hr, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• Case mix: General, colorectal, OB/GYN, Urology, ENT, Ortho, Spine fusions, Eyes, Pacemakers, Cardioversions, TEE, GI
• Peds: >1 year old, mostly ENT (T&A, M&T)
• Supervision ratio: 1:2.5 (4 MDs / 3 CRNAs)
• OT expected
• No call required
• Anesthesia sites: 5
• Practice model: MD/CRNA collaborative
• Charting: Paper and pen
• Credentialing: 30-60 days with CT license; 60-120 days without
• License: CT preferred
• Referral Bonus: $500 for any referral who works 30 days
