🏥 Site Details & Clinical Scope
🔹 Practice Model: Collaborative care team (4:1 supervision model)
🔹 Case Mix: Orthopedics, vascular surgery, general/robotic surgery, GU), urology, ENT, GI endoscopy, interventional radiology (IR) sedation, electrophysiology (EP)/cath lab

📋 Candidate Requirements
🔹 Board Certification: NBCRNA
🔹 Active Florida license, though compact licenses may be considered
🔹 Certifications: BLS, ACLS
