▸Candidates must be able to start mid to late May
▸Must have full-time availability and meet strict credentialing requirements
▸No call and no weekend coverage required
▸Clinical interview/Zoom with Site Medical Director and leadership required
▸Clean file required with no more than 5 affiliations
▸Must submit full availability and scheduling details with application
▸Must have active Florida license at time of presentation
▸Must not have worked at this site or affiliated Envision sites within 24 months

▸235-bed acute care hospital in Palm Beach County
▸High-volume anesthesia service within a care team model (21 CRNAs, 9 MDs)
▸Annual volume: ~1,200 cases/month
▸OB volume: ~200 deliveries/month
▸Case mix includes: General Surgery, Robotics, Ortho, OB/GYN, GU, Endo, IR, Neuro, Bariatrics, Vascular
▸No cardiac, trauma, or pediatric cases
▸OR suite includes 9 ORs, 2 endo suites, IR, and ASC locations
▸EMR: Cerner
▸Full-time anesthesia team in a collaborative care environment

Compensation:

Job Responsibilities:
▸Provide anesthesia care across multiple specialties (general surgery, ortho, OB/GYN, robotics, IR, neuro, bariatrics, vascular, etc.)
▸Perform routine cases including hernia, appendectomy, cholecystectomy, and robotic TAH
▸Work within established CRNA/MD care team model
▸Deliver safe anesthesia care in a high-volume surgical environment
▸Maintain accurate documentation in Cerner EMR
▸Participate in required credentialing process including case logs and clinical interview
▸Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and staffing requirements

Qualifications:
▸Board Certified CRNA required (no board-eligible candidates)
▸Minimum 2 years of experience (no new grads)
▸Active Florida license required at time of Application
▸ACLS and BLS required
▸100% clean file (no malpractice, legal, or pending issues)
▸Must have 5 or fewer affiliations
▸Must provide full availability (start date, scheduling preferences, blackout dates, 6-month outlook)
▸Must provide case logs and credentialing documentation as required
▸Must participate in clinical interview with leadership
▸Must meet strict Envision eligibility requirements (out-of-state candidates only)

Working Hours:
▸Monday–Friday only
7:00 AM start time
▸Schedule options: 5x8s or 4x10s
▸No call required
▸No weekend shifts
▸Full-time daytime coverage only

Skills:
▸Multispecialty CRNA anesthesia expertise
▸Strong experience in general surgery and orthopedic cases
▸Proficiency in robotic and OB/GYN anesthesia
▸Ability to work efficiently in high-volume OR environment
▸Strong clinical judgment and patient safety focus
▸Experience in care team model (CRNA/MD collaboration)
▸EMR proficiency (Cerner preferred)
▸Strong communication and teamwork skills
▸Ability to maintain clean compliance and credentialing documentation
