I’m supporting an excellent CRNA locum‑to‑perm opportunity in Illinois offering predictable weekday hours, no call, and no weekends. This is a true working interview with a highly collaborative anesthesia group known for strong team culture and long‑term retention.

Quincy, IL – CRNA – Scheduled, No Call
Start Date: 2/2/2026
Pay Range: $220–$250/hour (contact for details)

HIGHLIGHTS

SCHEDULE
• Monday–Friday
• 7:00am–3:30pm
• 30‑minute lunch break
• No 10‑ or 12‑hour shifts available
• Full‑time preferred; minimum one full M–F week/month may be considered

CASE MIX
• Orthopedics
• General surgery
• Endoscopy
• ENT
• Plastics
• Urology / cystoscopy
• Neuro
• OB
• Trauma (Level II)
• Low‑acuity pediatrics only (no PICU, no NICU)
• No transplants
• Physicians perform blocks and all cardiac cases

DEPARTMENT DETAILS
• Acute care hospital + ambulatory surgery center
• ~60 cases/day across both settings
• 140‑bed hospital
• 9 operating rooms
• Care team model (approx. 3 CRNAs : 1 MD)
• Anesthesia tech support at main hospital
• EMR: Allscripts (Epic transition planned for 2026)

REQUIREMENTS
• NBCRNA
• Illinois license required (open to licensing candidates)
• New graduate CRNAs accepted
• Willingness to work across a broad case mix preferred
• Licensing candidates must commit to extended timeline:
– License ~3 months
– File review begins after license issuance
– Expected start ~5–6 months out
• Credentialing timeframe: ~6–8 weeks once file is complete
