• Shift type: 8hr
• Regular hours required
• OT: Not expected but offered
• Cases: General, Ortho, OB
• Supervision model: MDs supervising CRNAs
• CRNA to MD ratio: 2:1
• MDs do their own cases
• Anesthesia rooms: 20
• Charting: Epic, iPro
• Credentialing: 60 days
• License: IL preferred
• Referral Bonus: $500 for any referral who works 30 days
