CRNA opportunity available in Chicago, IL
Start Date: As soon as credentialed
Assignment Length: 3 months with possible extension
Schedule: 4x10's or 5x8/hour shifts - Call is required
Additional Details:
- Case types: OB/Gyn, Endo, Ortho, General, Plastics, Ophthalmology, Thoracic, Vascular, Urology, Bariatrics, Pain, Occasional non-operating room anesthesia locations (MRI, Cath lab).

Licensure: Active IL license required (assistance available if needed)
Credentialing Timeline: Approximately 60-90 days
