Ongoing Opportunity | Extension Potential

Position Overview

* Start Date: Upon credentialing (approximately 90 days)

* Assignment Length: 26 weeks, with strong potential to extend

* Facility: Northwestern Kishwaukee

* Location: DeKalb, IL (approximately 1 hour outside Chicago)

* Openings: 2 full-time positions

* Setting: Community Hospital

* Credentialing: Approximately 90 days

Schedule

* 4 × 10-hour shifts per week

* Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM

* Option to work 5 × 10-hour shifts if desired

* 2–3 weeks per month may be considered for flexible providers

* Part-time candidates must be flexible with both weekdays and assigned weeks.

* 8-hour and 12-hour shifts are not available.

Case Mix & Facility Details

* Bread-and-butter cases

* No Neuro or Cardiac

* 5 main ORs

* 2 endoscopy suites

* CRNA-friendly environment with a strong emphasis on a positive team culture

Requirements

* Minimum 1 year of experience

* Epic experience required

* Active Illinois license required

* Client is not accepting candidates who need licensing at this time.

* Previous Northwestern employees are not eligible for submission.

Additional Details

* Full-time providers strongly preferred.

* Ongoing need with excellent extension potential.
