13-week assignment

Shift Details: 7a-3p or 7a-7a

Work Details:
· Support Staff: CRNA only
·· Department Description: Ortho, Endo, ENT, Gen, OB (only required if working call shifts, about 20 births/month)
· EMR: EPIC

Practice Setting:
• Hospital

Travel Logistics:
· Specific travel client will pay for: Travel and Lodging :

Requirements:
· Board Certification: Required
· License Required: Active KS license

·Credentialing Timeframe: 30-60 days
