"Join the CRNA team at a hospital-employed, all-CRNA critical access practice close to Kansas City. • Practice independently with no anesthesiologist supervision, across a full scope of inpatient and outpatient care• Average of 250 cases per month across 3 ORs, 2 GI labs, and 2 procedure rooms: general surgery, endoscopy, gynecology, obstetrics, orthopedics, ophthalmology, ENT, and podiatry• Regional anesthesia, obstetric anesthesia, and line placement experience welcomed• Predictable schedule: Monday through Friday, generally 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM• Shared call rotation, with a goal of every 4th weekend, plus extra pay for any call takenGuaranteed compensation of $298,400, with total income potential of $320,000 or more.• $70/hour for extra on-call shifts beyond the contract minimum, plus $160/hour callback pay• Eligible for a $10,000 annual Quality & Service bonus• Sign-on bonus, CME stipend, PTO, and relocation assistance availableThis community sits close enough to Kansas City that many treat it as part of the metro, with small-town cost of living plus real access to the city.• Under an hour to downtown Kansas City, with easy access to Kansas City International Airport (MCI) and the metro's restaurants, shopping, arts, and pro sports, without the traffic or cost of living• Population of around 10,000, with a walkable historic downtown and a small private liberal arts collegeContact Devon Liberty to learn more:• Call/Text: Sign up or sign in for contact information• Email: Sign up or sign in for contact information://Sign up or sign in for contact information"
