CRNA – LOCUM

Setting: Hospital-Based
Trauma Level: Level III Trauma Center
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 36–40 hours/week
Shift Options: 8s, 10s, or 12s
Call: Available but not required for locum providers

✓ General Surgery
✓ Orthopedics
✓ Neurology/Neurosurgery
✓ Plastics
✓ Pediatrics
✓ OB
✓ Vascular
✓ Thoracic
✓ Hand Surgery
✓ Podiatry
✓ Urology
✓ Endoscopy
✓ Interventional Radiology
✓ Cath Lab / EP / TEE
✓ MRI

PATIENT POPULATION

✓ Pediatric: approximately 10%
✓ Adult/Geriatric: approximately 90%
✓ Outpatient: approximately 80%
✓ Inpatient: approximately 20%
✓ Approximately 35 OR cases/day plus 20 off-site cases

CLINICAL REQUIREMENTS

✓ Minimum 2 years of CRNA experience
✓ Variety of surgical cases required
✓ Arterial line experience
✓ No open-heart cases
✓ No blocks/regional anesthesia
✓ Epic EMR
✓ Must be comfortable working in a collaborative, team-based environment

REQUIREMENTS

✓ NBCRNA certification
✓ Active Michigan license — required at submission
✓ ACLS through AHA
✓ BLS through AHA
✓ PALS
✓ Clean background
✓ Minimum 2 years CRNA experience
✓ Must be available for a minimum of 36 hours/week

CREDENTIALING

✓ Estimated credentialing timeframe: 90–120 days
