CRNA Opportunity | Southern Minnesota

Position Overview
Two CRNAs are needed to support an all-CRNA anesthesia practice in southern Minnesota due to upcoming provider departures. This is a well-rounded clinical role with a mix of bread-and-butter cases, call opportunities, and strong compensation with travel covered.

Assignment Details
Start Dates:
One CRNA starting January 2026
One CRNA starting March 2026
End Date: July 31, 2026
Commitment: Ongoing; 6+ months acceptable
Number of Providers Needed: 2

Schedule
Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Call Required:
Weeknights: 3:30 PM – 7:00 AM
Weekends: 24-hour Saturday and 24-hour Sunday
Call rotation discussed directly with facility

Practice Model
All-CRNA Practice
Solo anesthesia model
Anesthesiologist may occasionally be available for consultation, but CRNAs practice independently

Blocks and nerve blocks
Pediatric dental
Healthy pediatrics
Neonates

Patient Population
Primarily pediatric patients age 2 and up
EMR
Cerner Oracle

Requirements
Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist
ACLS, BLS, and PALS required
NRP required (facility willing to assist with obtaining if needed)
Minnesota license required for January start
Licensing flexibility available for March start candidates

Credentialing
Credentialing timeframe: Approximately 4 weeks

Compensation
$230/hour
Travel and lodging provided
