Exciting CRNA Locum Opportunity in Minnesota — flexible scheduling, diverse cases, and a supportive CRNA-led environment!

Position: Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
Location: Minnesota (Rural Hospital Setting – ~2 hours from Minneapolis)
Start Date: ASAP–February (can accommodate late January if credentialing allows)
Contract Length: 3 months with option to extend
Employment Type: Locum Tenens (1099)

Schedule & Coverage
Monday–Friday
8-hour shifts with one 10-hour block (flexible based on preference)
Weekday and weekend/holiday call (typically 1 in 6)
Must be able to respond within 30 minutes while on call

Estimated Pay Range
$250-260/hr

Clinical Details
Case Load: 3–5 cases per day
Patient Population: Adults, elderly, light peds (dental, lap cases)
Department: 4 core ORs, Endo room, C-suite, 1 flop room, DaVinci Robot (General & OB)
Specialties Covered: Ortho (total joints, neuro spine, sports), General, Plastics, Cosmetic & Reconstruction, Podiatry, OB, Cataracts
C-sections: 35–50 annually
EMR: Cerner/Oracle
Model: CRNA-based model — no MD oversight

Skills Required
Nerve blocks
OB, General, Spinals
Peds experience preferred
Rural health experience strongly preferred

Requirements
NBCRNA
Active MN License
DEA
Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP
Minimum 2 years of experience
