CRNA Opportunity
Start: ASAP
Contract Length: Ongoing (initial 4-month contract)
Coverage Needed: Full-time equivalent (40 hours/week)
Scheduling Requirements:
• Minimum 36 hours per week / minimum 2 weeks per month
• Required: Two consecutive weeks per month for the first three months
• After three months, an every-other-week schedule may be considered
• 8-, 10-, and 12-hour shifts available
• Shift options: 6:30a–3:00p, 6:30a–5:00p, 6:30a–7:00p
• 12-hour Saturday beeper call available (not required)
• 8-hour weeknight call available
• Occasional overnight shifts available (not required)
Work Details:
• Hospital-based, tertiary / Level III setting
• Patient population: Ages 12+
• Care Team Model (4:1)
• 24-hour Anesthesia Aide Department for room turnover and supply support
• EMR: Epic
• Specialized care cases
• CRNAs do not perform blocks, a-lines, epidurals, or spinals
Requirements:
• Active MN RN License
• Active MN CRNA License
• ACLS & BLS required
• Minimum 1 year of experience
Credentialing Timeframe:
• Approximately 90–120 days
• 3 days of paid orientation required
