New Opportunity Located in Southeast MN with Aya Locums: CRNA

Job description

Aya Locums is seeking an experienced CRNA for an ongoing assignment at a tertiary Level III facility in Southeast Minnesota, beginning August 2026.

Assignment Details
• Contract Length: Initial 4-month contract; ongoing potential
• Paid Orientation: 3 days required
• Coverage Needed: Full-Time (40 hours/week, 4 weeks/month)
• Required Schedule Commitment: At least two consecutive weeks per month for the first three months (may move to every other week after 3 months)
• Shift Times: 6:30a–3:00p, 6:30a–5:00p, or 6:30a–7:00p
• 8-hour weeknight call available
• 12-hour Saturday beeper call available (not required)
• Occasional overnight shifts (weeknight/weekend) preferred but not required

Work Details
• Support Model: Care Team Model (4:1 ratio)
• Additional Support: 24-hour Anesthesia Aide Department for room turnover and supply support
• Patient Population: Ages 12+
• Facility Type: Tertiary Level III hospital
• EMR: Epic
• Scope Limitation: CRNAs do not perform blocks, arterial lines, epidurals, or spinals

Requirements
• Licensed Registered Nurse – MN Board of Nursing
• Registered Nurse Anesthetist – MN Board of Nursing
• Certifications: ACLS/BLS Tier 2
• Experience: Minimum 1 year required
