Consistent CRNA Contract – Flexible Shifts, No Blocks | Minneapolis, MN

Job description

A large tertiary hospital in Minneapolis, MN is seeking CRNAs for long-term locums coverage. This is a supervised care team model with robust anesthesia support — no blocks, no epidurals, no spinals.

Providers must live 50+ miles from the facility to be considered due to the radius rule.
Multiple shift types available (8s, 10s, 12s) and beeper call is optional (Sat/Sun overnights or weeknights).

Start Date: 5/11/26
Contract Length: Initial 4-month contract with option to extend
Schedule:
• Full-time preferred (40 hours/week × 4 weeks/month)
• Minimum: 2 consecutive weeks/month for first 3 months
• Shift Options: 8s, 10s, and 12-hour shifts available
• Beeper Call (optional):
o 12hr Saturday call
o 8hr weeknight call
o Occasional overnight shifts available if desired

Work Details:
• Care Team Model (4:1)
• Anesthesia Aid Dept. on-site 24/7
• No blocks, a-lines, spinals, or epidurals
• EMR: Epic
• Patients: Age 12+
• Department Type: Tertiary hospital, Level III trauma

Requirements:
• MN CRNA license – Licensing Available
• ACLS & BLS (AHA)
• Minimum 1 year of CRNA experience
• Must live 50+ miles from the facility

Credentialing Timeframe: 90–120 days
