Start Date: August 2026 | Ongoing Assignment

A hospital-based anesthesia team in Minnesota is seeking a full-time CRNA to provide ongoing coverage. This is a supervised, care team model position offering a consistent schedule and strong support staff.

Schedule & Coverage:
Full-time coverage preferred (40 hours per week)
Minimum requirement: 36 hours per week and at least 2 weeks per month
Required: Two consecutive weeks per month for the first three months of the assignment
After the first three months, an every-other-week schedule may be considered
Shift options: 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts
Typical start time: 6:30 AM
End times vary (3:00 PM, 5:00 PM, or 7:00 PM)
3-day paid orientation required
Initial contract: 4 months, with ongoing potential

Call Details (Optional):
8-hour weeknight call available
12-hour beeper call on some Saturdays
Occasional overnight shifts (weeknights or weekends) available for those interested
Call is not required.

Practice Setting:
Hospital-based, Level III tertiary facility
Care Team Model (4:1 supervision)
24-hour anesthesia aide department for room turnover and supply support
EMR: Epic
Patient population: Ages 12+
Specialized surgical services provided
Please note: CRNAs do not perform blocks, arterial lines, epidurals, or spinals in this role.

Requirements:
Active Minnesota RN license (MN Board of Nursing)
Active Minnesota CRNA license (MN Board of Nursing)
ACLS and BLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support required upon hire)
Minimum of 1 year of experience
Must live 50+ miles from the facility to be eligible

Estimated timeframe: 90–120 days
