CRNA NEEDED IN Devils Lake, ND (will license)

Job description

Start: September 1
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Schedule: 7:00 AM–3:00 PM
Call: 3:00 PM–7:00 AM
Call required every night and weekend while on assignment
Primarily OB call
Call response time: 20 minutes

Practice Setting:
Hospital
All-CRNA practice
2 ORs
1 Endoscopy room
EMR: Meditech / Paper charting
1 CRNA on during the day

Case Mix:
Endoscopy
Ophthalmology
OB/GYN
General Surgery
Trauma
Neonatal

Requirements:
Board Certified CRNA
Active state license
DEA and CSR required
Minimum of 2 years of experience
Proficient with spinals, epidurals, and regional blocks
Case logs required (proof of epidurals, spinals, and blocks)

Credentialing:
45–60 days
Temporary privileges available with a clean background, malpractice history, and active unrestricted license
