CRNA needed in Duluth, Minnesota with flexible shifts

Job description

I have a CRNA locums need in Duluth, MN with weekday 8-, 10-, or 12-hour shifts and an ongoing need. It’s a medically directed environment with a busy surgical schedule, so this is geared more toward an experienced CRNA who enjoys variety rather than a strictly bread-and-butter assignment.

Here’s the quick rundown:

✔ Start: ASAP / as soon as credentialed
✔ Weekdays: 8-, 10-, or 12-hour shifts | Monday–Friday
✔ Weekends: 12- or 16-hour shifts available
✔ Practice Model: Medical direction with anesthesiologists
✔ Case Volume: About 1–2 longer cases or 3–4 shorter cases per 8-hour day
✔ Case Mix: Broad surgical mix — essentially all cases except transplants and pediatric hearts
✔ Setting: Large hospital/surgical environment with 26 ORs
✔ Assignment Length: Ongoing
✔ Credentialing: Approximately 45–120 days
✔ EMR: Epic
✔ Travel & Housing: Included
✔ Malpractice: A+ rated coverage with tail included
✔ Required: NBCRNA, CPR & ACLS/BCLS

What your week actually looks like

You'll have flexibility among 8-, 10-, and 12-hour weekday shifts in a busy, medically directed anesthesia practice. An average 8-hour day may involve one or two longer procedures or three to four shorter cases, and the clinical mix is broad enough to keep things interesting. This isn't a narrow ASC assignment—you'll want to be comfortable with a large hospital case mix, although transplants and pediatric cardiac are specifically excluded.
