CRNA — Day Surgery, No Call, No Weekends (Missouri | Locums)

Job description

Step into a well-supported anesthesia team handling a steady mix of bread-and-butter cases — and still be out the door by mid-afternoon. Flexible scheduling, organized workflows, and zero nights or weekends.

Schedule & Coverage

Start: January 7, 2026

Contract: 2+ months

8-hour shifts (6:30a–3:00p), Monday–Friday

Scheduled cases only — no call, no weekends

Work 1–4 shifts per week (pre-set coverage dates provided)

Case Mix

Endoscopy (Upper/Lower GI)

Urology, Podiatry, General Surgery

Orthopedics (including totals)

Possible ENT & Pediatrics (tubes/tonsils)

No heads, hearts, or OB

General & MAC anesthesia (no regional blocks)

Environment

Critical Access Hospital

Outpatient-focused (with occasional inpatient surgical cases)

Avg. 12–14 cases/day

3 ORs + 1 procedure room

EMR: Meditech Expanse (CRNAs chart in SIS)

Supportive team: RN circulators, surg techs, CRNA chief, FT CRNAs, leadership support

Requirements

Board Certified (NBCRNA)

MO license in hand (not licensing)

BLS, ACLS, PALS (NRP preferred but not required)

3+ years’ experience (no new grads)

No DEA/CSR needed
