Job description

Aya Locums is seeking two CRNAs for a 6-month locum tenens opportunity in Columbia, Missouri. This position offers a 3–4 day work week with 10-hour shifts and a combination of anesthesia care team coverage and independent CRNA practice for GI/endoscopy cases.

Schedule:

January 2 – June 30, 2027
10-hour shifts
3–4 shifts per week
No call
Two schedule options available:
Tuesday–Friday, shifting to Wednesday–Saturday during GI Saturday weeks
Sunday–Tuesday, shifting to Saturday–Monday/Tuesday during GI Saturday weeks
Saturday GI coverage approximately once per month

Practice Setting:

Acute care hospital
Level I Trauma Center
Anesthesia care team model for regular hospital coverage
Independent CRNA practice for designated GI cases
Cerner EMR

Clinical Details:

GI/endoscopy coverage
Two GI rooms during designated Saturday coverage
Primarily ASA I–II outpatient endoscopy cases
Must be comfortable practicing independently for GI cases
GI procedures performed at the main hospital

Requirements:

CRNA certification
Must be comfortable with independent CRNA practice for GI coverage
Missouri license required; open to licensing
Ability to commit to the required 3–4 shift/week schedule

6-month assignment
Full travel covered
Approximately 90–120 day credentialing timeframe
