Inpatient and Outpatient need
2 CRNA's needed 
Temporary privileges available
Avg 4 patients per day
250 beds total
BLS, PALS and ACLS required
Open apply with ANY state license-We get New Mexico license during credentialing
Tons of support staff at facility

A PLUS would be PED DENTISRY & WOULD LOVE ULTRASOUND GUIDED REGIONAL- Not mandatory anymore

Provider must live 90+ miles from facility.

Licensure:
You must have an active NM license or reactivating one. Currently, obtaining a license takes 6 months if the applicant is new to practice; otherwise, it takes approximately 3 months.
