Job description

Location: Albany, NY - $240 + T & L

Start Date: ASAP (Credentialing: 60-90 days, potential for temporary privileges)
End Date: Ongoing
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM–2:30 PM or 7:00 AM–3:00 PM (5x8s)
Call Requirements: None
EMR Charting: Epic

Case Types:
Level 1 Trauma – all cases (We can submit you without specific case types if you aren’t comfortable with all)
There is an Ambulatory Surgery Center you will cross credential at for ENT cases on healthy pediatrics
All patient ages

MD to CRNA Ratio: 1:3

Compensation Package:
Hourly Rate: $240/hour
Travel & Lodging: Provided
Malpractice Insurance: Covered with tail
