4x10 schedule with 7:00am starts

Monday–Friday OR coverage

Bread & butter cases only

No heads, hearts, or trauma

Lodging provided by the client

Locums-to-perm opportunity (3-month block to start)

Schedule

4x10s per week (7:00am start)

OR coverage

Initial 3-month locums block with intent to convert to permanent

Practice Setting

Small rural hospital (99 beds)

Independent CRNA practice with 24/7 anesthesiology support

Patient volume: 5–6 starts per day

Support staff: Anesthesiologists, OR staff, Pre/Post-Op teams

Case Mix

Bread & butter anesthesia

General cases

Peds ENT only

Occasional OB (epidurals only)

No heads, hearts, or trauma

Patient Population

85% adults

10% OB (epidurals only)

3% adolescents

2% ages 3–5 (ENT only)

Requirements

CRNA must be comfortable working independently

OB epidural experience required

Credentialing

Privileging: 60–120 days

Licensing

Client willing to license
